Cancellations

• Order can be canceled within 8 hours before delivery.
• Once the order has been delivered, we will not be able to provide a refund of the product due to
the vulnerability and quality of the fresh products used.
• LIB makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service.

If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. LIB is will not cancel or change orders already in process at the florist en-route or delivered.Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us +971 43707888. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by LIB 4 hours prior to
the time of delivery and acknowledged by our team LIB will not cancel any order unless informed 6-8 hrs prior to the delivery date.

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase at lifeinbloom may depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product or provide an other solutions such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value.

As we are working with fresh products it will be to our complete discretion what solution will be suitable and applicable.

If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to LIB within 48 hours of such delivery at +971 43707888 and e-mail the photographs of the same at support@lifeinbloom.com

When a replacement or other solution is granted we aim to have this resolved within 1 working day.

When a refund is provided please allow 7-10 days depending on your bank for it to reach your account.
